What is MindPal?

How do I turn my expertise into an AI agent?
Add your documents and instructions, choose a model, and test the agent against representative questions. Refine its knowledge and boundaries, then publish it as a chatbot through a link or embed. Use a workflow when the process needs repeatable steps.
Can I use several agents in one workflow?
Yes. A workflow connects agents and other steps with inputs and outputs. You can add branching, loops and human input where your process needs them. Test each step and the full workflow before publishing.
What happens if the AI gives a wrong answer?
Model output can be incorrect even when grounded in your knowledge. Test representative cases, specify boundaries, review outputs and add human review for consequential decisions. A repeatable workflow does not guarantee a correct AI response.
How do I control access to my knowledge and tools?
Configure workspace membership and the sharing settings of each published tool. A public link, an embed and workspace access have different audiences. Review the data-security page and your model provider's policies before uploading sensitive information.
Can I try MindPal for free?
Free includes 100 AI credits. Stripe workspaces receive a monthly allowance; legacy Lemon Squeezy Free workspaces without a paid credit top-up have a one-time starter allowance. Your workspace billing page shows which applies. No credit card is required to start.
How much do paid plans cost?
Pro starts at $49/month on monthly billing, or $39/month billed annually ($468/year). Compare the plan table for included credits, storage, seats and domain options.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits measure usage of AI models and supported tools. Cost depends on the selected model and the steps executed. A multi-step workflow can consume several model calls plus tool credits; check model settings and usage in your workspace.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Additional Stripe credit packs cost $9 per 1,000 credits. Stripe credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Legacy Lemon Squeezy credit top-ups are recurring subscriptions. Check your workspace billing page before buying.
Can I bring my own API key?
BYOK is available with an active paid plan. You pay your model provider directly; this does not make all MindPal usage free or remove plan limits. Built-in tools and features may still consume MindPal credits.
How many agents and workflows can I create?
You can create unlimited agents and workflows. AI usage, knowledge storage, seats and publishing options remain subject to your plan limits.
Can I use my own branding and domain?
Paid plans can remove MindPal branding from published agents and workflows. Custom domains are a separate add-on on Pro and Advanced, and unlimited domain connections are included on Ultra. Domain registration is separate.
What is the difference between Editor and User seats?
Editors can create and edit agents and workflows. Users run the tools shared with them without editing their setup. Seats, shared links and public embeds are different access options; choose the one that matches your client delivery model.
Can I use the public API?
Public API access is available from Pro on standard paid plans. Legacy and lifetime agreements may differ; check your workspace billing page for your entitlement.
