Models like GPT-4o Mini and Llama are less expensive, while models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet cost more credits per request. You can find the exact credit cost for each model in the "Model settings" section of each AI agent.

You can always buy more AI credits. The price is $9/1000 credits/month. Or you can bring your own OpenAI/ Anthropic/ Google Generative AI/ Groq API Key to unlock unlimited AI credits. The bring your own key option is available from Pro plan.

You can create an unlimited number of agents, chatbots, and multi-agent workflows in MindPal. We only count the AI credits, meaning we only account for instances when the agent or multi-agent workflow delivers its value.

My business needs a custom feature that's not yet supported. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

You can submit a feature request on our official feedback board, and we'll evaluate and consider implementing it. However, we couldn't guarantee your feature request will be realized, as we need to align it with our product roadmap. To ensure your company gets this feature, you can consider opting for our Enterprise plan.

Yes. In MindPal, you can create teams and invite team members, in addition to your personal workspace. You can have 1 free team workspace with 5 free seats included. You can upgrade to a Team or Business plan to add more seats and enjoy pro features.

What's the difference between an EDITOR seat and a USER seat?

EDITOR seats are for team members who need full access to create and edit AI agents and multi-agent workflows in the workspace. USER seats are more limited - they can only run existing agents and workflows without the ability to modify their setup or create new ones. With USER seats, you can control which agents & workflows members have access to and set AI credit limits. This is perfect for team members who don't need edit access or clients who rely on you for building agents and workflows in your workspace.

What if I want to add more team members beyond the limit of my plan?

You can always buy extra seats for your team workspace. Extra seats come at $29 per Editor seat per month or $5 per User seat per month.

What does custom branding for team workspace mean?

Custom branding allows you to remove MindPal branding from your team workspace and personalize it with your own identity. You can add your own logo, set your team name, and choose a team color that matches your branding. Please note that this customization applies to your team workspace only and does not include custom domain - you'll still be using MindPal's domain.
